Recent catastrophic weather events in the State of Texas have left many condominium owners with " Loss Assessments " from their condominium associations.  These " Loss Assessments " represent their pro rata share of the loss realized from the weather event.

Many have found that their Condo policy had no coverage for the Loss Assessment, so they were forced to pay the Condominium Loss Assessment " out of pocket ".  Depending on the size of your Condominium Association, the size of Association's Policy deductible and the size of the Loss, many found it very difficult to pay the Assessment!

I recommend that you review your Condominium policy today to make sure it provides coverage for this "Loss Assessment".

It is a very inexpensive endorsement to your Condo Policy.  Or, you can call us today (214) 838-6180, and we can provide you with a condominium quote that includes this very important and often overlooked coverage.
